Jackie began her training in the field of psychology with a Bachelor of Arts degree before working in the field of family and personal injury law. After ten years in the legal industry, Jackie received her Masters of Arts Degree in Counselling Psychology and began supporting hundreds of individual and couples clients along their mental health journeyAAA.
Jackie couples a wealth of professionalism and insight with evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Jackie has a particular interest in supporting individuals dealing with complex concerns such as: abuse; eating disorders; post traumatic stress disorder, and borderline personality disorder.
