My love for all things Pilates began after I had my youngest daughter. I was looking for some “me” time and I wanted to lose the baby weight and increase my strength and energy. It’s been 9 years now since I took my first class and I am constantly learning more and more about the mechanics of the body and how to effectively create movement patterns that will help you function at your best whether you want to pick up and play with your kids and grandchildren, run or jump without pain or problems (including peeing.) You will be impressed by how well you recover from and become more resilient to injuries, so you can get back to the activities you love to do: gardening, sports, playing an instrument, you name it. Pilates will help you get your body back to ways you never knew. Not only will you feel more confident. strong and energized, you will move with more grace, precision and comfort too.
